FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Financial management applies to all organizations, whether or not they are profit-oriented, with the objective of maximizing the value of the company and the wealth of the owners, a task that is not very easy in organizations today due to the reflections that they suffer due to the current economic scenario in our country, so the objective of this course is to give the participant the condition to manage the company's resources through the analysis and interpretation of financial accounting statements, helping them in decision making .
Workload: 30 hours
Prerequisite:Knowledge in financial routines, such as: Accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury. Basic knowledge in Excel. Complete high school.

- Short and long term financial planning.
